The Three Eagles Llangollen has returned! We are now open seven days a week and following strict Government guidelines to ensure anyone visiting Three Eagles is kept safe during the time they visit us. If you have any queries prior to visiting, don’t hesitate to contact us via email: email@example.com or ask us a question via our social channels @TheThreeEagles
While we will always do our best to find you a table, whether for a full meal or a quick pint, we always recommend booking, especially during peak times. As well as guaranteeing you and your party have somewhere to enjoy your time together, it will also help us cut down on queues at entrance points. Groups of up to six are permitted, from any number of households.
To help us, we ask that you arrive as close to your booking time as possible. If you are unable to make your booking for any reason please let us know as soon as possible so we can use this space for another group. We ask that if you need to cancel your booking, you do so before 12pm on the day of your booking to avoid any charges. This can be done via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us direct on 01978 869 595. If you are unable to make it to your booking, but fail to notify us as specified above, a charge of £5 per person will be made to your card for any no-shows.
Checking in and moving around
Every table needs to check in and provide track & trace details by law. You can scan a QR code at your table to access an online form to complete details for every member of your party over the age of 18. We can provide a paper form for you to complete should you not be able to fill in the form online via a mobile. Your data will be securely stored for a minimum 21 days under GDPR and safely destroyed after this time. Please be aware that your data may be passed to the NHS Wales Test, Trace, Protect service in the event of a case, cluster or outbreak of coronavirus (i.e. more than one new case of coronavirus) that is tracked back to the Three Eagles. Data will not be used for any other purpose.
We ask that you wear a facemask if you need to leave the table at any time during your visit, on arrival and when you leave.
We will be asking all of our guests to 'Keep Right' coming in and out of our courtyard entrance to help everyone maintain a safe distance.
Following Government guidelines we ask that anyone displaying symptoms of illness cancels or reschedules their booking with us and does not visit Three Eagles.
We ask that all our customers use our sanitiser stations on arrival.
Scrub A Dub Dub
Touch points will be thoroughly cleaned at regular intervals.
Toilet cleaning and deep cleaning will be thorough as always. We have level 5 hygiene for a very good reason.
One Step Further
We will also be regularly sanitising with our new, purpose bought ‘fogger’ machine which disinfects even the hard to reach places, eliminating any traces of Covid throughout the building, for further peace of mind and safety.
We will be following the latest current Government guidelines in respect of the health and safety measures in place at Three Eagles. Please make sure you are aware of these when making a booking and visiting us. Keep a safe and sensible distance from others not in your booking bubble.
We will be limiting booking numbers following the latest Government rules, we understand that by now we are all desperate to pop over and say 'hello' to everyone after so long skulking at home, we simply ask that those social butterflies (you know who you are!) keep a safe and sensible distance from others not in your booking bubble.
We have re-jigged and arranged our tables to allow adequate space. We have added purpose built screening where required. Please do not re-arrange or move furniture.
Sit Down and Relax
We are now offering full table service to cut out that pesky queue at the bar.
Cashless where possible
To minimise contact we will be promoting contactless card payment where possible. We have upped our limit on debit and credit cards to £45. We are unable to accept American Express.
