Courtyard Now Open
Our outside courtyard is now open for food and drinks every day from 12pm. We do recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, however we will do our best to allocate you a table on arrival if you choose to visit us on the day. You can select a courtyard table to dine or just for drinks when you reserve a table online.
All dining tables have covered shelter and heaters, whilst tables for drinks are open to the elements. At this current time, only outdoor hospitality can open and for all premises, the maximum number of people that can meet outdoors is up to six people from any household (not including children aged under 11 or a person who is caring for someone participating in such a gathering).
Dining Inside From Monday 17 May
In anticipation of lifted restrictions from Monday 17 May, we have now opened up our reservations system to include internal bookings. You can now book a table for up to six people to dine in our restaurant or in our dog friendly bar area (tables of six bookable only in bar area).
Please be advised that you should book your table in accordance with Government advice on numbers meeting indoors. Up to six people from six different households can meet indoors from Monday 17 May.
We are unable to cater to larger groups in line with Government guidance ie. split tables and it is the prerogative of the team to turn away bookings if deemed to be exploiting the rules.
We will also be taking walk ins from Monday 17 May, but we do advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
The Eyrie Cocktail Bar will be open from Friday 21 May from 5pm.
Securing your booking
You can book a table with us online or over the phone using our automated reservations system. We recommend booking online as you will receive email confirmation of your booking and be able to amend your booking easily, should you need to change the time/date at a later stage. For telephone bookings, call us on 01978 869595 and select option one. We do not recommend trying to book a table or amend a booking by contacting us on social media as we are not able to monitor these channels constantly.
Due to the limited number of tables available and to avoid ‘no-shows’, we request card details to secure your table booking. No monies will be charged to your card at time of booking and card details are held in accordance with GDPR. We ask that if you need to cancel your booking, you do so before 12pm on the day of your booking to avoid any charges. This can be done via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us direct on 01978 869 595. If you are unable to make it to your booking, but fail to notify us as specified above, a charge of £5 per person will be made to your card for any no-shows.
Please note, all tables are currently set with a two-hour booking slot. Please make any special requests including complimentary use of highchairs using the comments section on your booking.
Please ensure you adhere to current guidelines in respect of COVID. Visit the Welsh Government website for up-to-date details here.
