Restaurant Manager

Due to the expansion of our restaurant group, we are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to join our team, someone passionate and enthusiastic about customer service with high standards and the ability to work well with an enthusiastic, friendly team of 25 people.

We are a busy operation set over three floors with additional outdoor seating.

Reporting to an experienced management team, you would be well supported working alongside our bar manager and head chef to continue our excellent customer service, delivering delicious cocktails and quality food for which we are well known.

Genuine opportunities to progress in an expanding hospitality company are available for the right candidate.

Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Experience:

Restaurant management Assistant or higher): 1 year (preferred)
Hospitality: 2 years (required)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and promote brand standards

  • Maintain the safety and security of the guests, staff and building

Front of House Supervisor

We are looking for a Front of House supervisor to join our bubbly, fun-loving and enthusiastic team. We work in a fast paced environment which prides itself on top-notch service, big smiles and a positive outlook. We are an expanding business so there is scope for promotion for those wishing to follow their career.  Due to the nature of the business you must be 18+, previous experience required.

Part-time hours: 30-45 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £8.50-£9.50 per hour

  • A good allergen knowledge

Chef Positions

Full-time, permanent positions of all levels available with room for promotion in our expanding business. Previous kitchen experience required but additional training will be given if required.

Salary: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

We are looking for experienced drink-slingers to join our bar team in a fast paced, high energy environment. Previous bar with cocktail experience required as we have three bars, all serving cocktails.

One Hundred Knights Hospitality Academy & Adam Gaunt-Evans Kitchen Academy in association with Coleg Cambria we are looking for apprentices to join our front of house and kitchen team at the Three Eagles.
