Group Marketing Manager/Director

We are looking for a creative and skilled marketing expert with management experience to join our senior management team. You will play a key role in bringing a strategic and coordinating approach to the marketing requirements of each business within the portfolio.

You will oversee the marketing and communications strategies and be responsible for brand development, image, budget and marketing activity across the full marketing mix.

Assistant Manager

Full-time positions available | from 25000 per annum

We are looking for competent Assistant Managers to join our team and lead from the helm, we are a busy bar over three floors with additional outdoor seating, you would also be supported by our keen assistant managers and head chef. We need passionate and enthusiastic people who are all about customer service, with high standard and the ability to work well with an eager, friendly team of 35 people.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Day to day running of the restaurant
  • Team management & wellbeing
  • Financial reporting and cashing up duties
  • The opportunity to have a creative input and act as brand champion
  • Wet stock management
  • Leading the way in promoting sustainability within the community

Front of House Supervisor

Full and Part-time positions available | 9.00-9.50 per hour

We are looking for experienced crew to help at the helm!  We need enthusiastic people who are all about customer service, with high standard and the ability to work well with an eager, friendly team of 25 people. This is an exciting opportunity for those with a passion for the industry and offers real scope for promotion within the group

Role Responsibilities:

  • Day to day supervising of shifts
  • Assisting the managers in team management & wellbeing
  • Managing sections of the restaurant and bar

Bartenders

Full and Part-time positions available | 6.45-9.50 per hour

Set over three bars we are looking for experienced drink-slingers to lead the bar in a fast paced, high-energy environment. This is the perfect opportunity for those out-going people to let their personality shine and have some fun creating craft cocktails, pouring quality ales and keeping that bustling atmosphere going. Who needs to go out every weekend when you can get paid! Previous bar experience required but cocktail training can be provided.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders and serving drinks

  • Monitoring the bar area

  • Handling bookings and customer queries

  • Creating a warm, enthusiastic and positive atmosphere

  • Completing bills

We are looking for energetic Kitchen Porters to help at the helm! We need crew members behind the scenes to help deliver top quality food and a clean, safe environment. This role involves days, evenings and weekends and we have both full and part-time positions available. No previous experience needed

Role Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning dishes, pans and kitchen equipment to a high-standards
  • helping the chefs with prep work and making sure they have everything they need during the shift
  • deep-cleaning the kitchen and food storage/preparation
