Situated in a striking former 18th century coaching inn over three floors, the restaurant underwent a substantial refurbishment prior to opening and is now ‘the place to go’ for a fantastic selection of drinks, great food, atmosphere and good times.
Serving seasonal cooking alongside chargrilled meats, a tasty range of burgers and some almighty sizzling steaks, there’s plenty of choice to satisfy even the largest of appetites. We’re dedicated to using only the freshest ingredients from carefully selected local farms and suppliers and we love local so much that many of the ingredients in our dishes are sourced from within 10 miles of Llangollen.
On the ground floor you’ll find our main restaurant, Old Bar area and outside covered courtyard space. On the first floor we have a private dining room and two separate dining rooms, all available to hire for celebrations and events. Please note due to the listed status of the building we do not have a lift so we ask anyone with mobility issues to please request the ground floor at time of booking
