Assistant/Bar Manager

Full-time | 22000-27000 per annum plus great tips

Gearing up for Summer we are on the look-out for a Bar Manager or Assistant Manager to join our growing business and help run The Three Eagles Bar & Grill. Additional support comes from our GM, restaurant manager and head chef. We are a fast expanding company meaning there is plenty of scope for advancement. We need passionate and enthusiastic people who are all about customer service, with high standards and the ability to work well with an eager, friendly team of 25 people. We are looking for an organised, yet creative person to manage our three bars and work with the existing management team to provide excellent service, quality drinks and maintain our award-winning style

You’ll be given the chance to be creative with your own cocktail menus, have insight into our events, live music nights and epic parties.

Role Responsibilities:

• Day to day running of the bars
• Team management & wellbeing

Set over three bars we are looking for experienced drink-slingers to lead the bar in a fast paced, high-energy environment. This is the perfect opportunity for those out-going people to let their personality shine and have some fun creating craft cocktails, pouring quality ales and keeping that bustling atmosphere going. Who needs to go out every weekend when you can get paid! Previous bar experience required but cocktail training can be provided.

We are looking for cleaners to help at the helm! We need crew members behind the scenes to help maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role involves morning shifts including weekends and makes it ideal for those with other responsibilities.
